Once submitted, your request will be processed and then we will email you a "User/Owner Sharing Agreement for you to either approve or disapprove. This "Sharing Agreement" is a mutual understanding between repeater owner and members of the Association that outlines the use and access and proper operations there of. Please note: Do to liability issues, where there is a sharing of use agreement between two parties, The Association could be held liable for any damage(s) caused by your repeater to the tower, tower storage building, commercial building and persons who may have access to such. For that reason most tower sites, commercial/private public access building owners require owners of radio equipment with antennas mounted on top of the structure to obtain and provide insurance coverage for any said damage(s). We will need a copy of your GMRS License (to prove you are a FCC authorized licensed GMRS person, copy of Authorization (Lease) For Tower/Building Location use and access, and a copy of Insurance (if insurance is required for this repeater site). USGMRS Repeater & Users Group Association shall not be held liable for and damages, expenses, or unpaid bills due to or caused by the repeater owner.
