Lubbock-Cooper ISD will host the grand opening of Patriot Stadium at Liberty High School and the inaugural home football game of the Liberty Patriots on Friday, September 27!
Patriotism is a core value of Lubbock-Cooper ISD, and was the inspiration for the name and mascot of Liberty High School. We are immeasurably grateful for the men and women who have served our country, and it is important to our school family that we not only honor these individuals, but teach our students the importance of respecting and honoring their bravery and sacrifice, as well.
As part of our pre-game festivities, we would like to invite all United States veterans in and around our community to join us as honored guests for this special event! Veterans will have seating on the track during our pre-game presentation, and veterans (along with their families) will have seating in a special reserved section of our stands for the game. On the form below, please indicate the number of individuals in your party - you are our honored guests, and it is our privilege to welcome you to these festivities at no charge.
Veterans will be seated on the track beginning at 6:00 p.m. Festivities will begin at 6:30 p.m., with kickoff at 7:00 p.m. More details will be provided closer to the event (parking information, etc.).
If you are a veteran and can join us, please be sure to complete this form! This will help us determine the amount of seating needed, and also help us provide our honored guests with a special token of our appreciation. Once you have submitted your name and the number of individuals in your party, you will just need to provide your name at the gate upon entry into the event.
