If you have a temporary condition or impairment such as a broken leg, you may request use of our access facilities but please note they are prioritised for customers who are wheelchair users or have chronic health conditions, impairments, or disabilities.
Please follow these steps:
1) Purchase a ticket for yourself, or for the customer with access needs
If you are applying for a PA ticket please don't purchase one for your Carer / Personal Assistant as it is free of charge and will be sent to you when we have approved your request.
2) Complete this Accessibility Request Form.
3) Wait for approval of your request
We aim to process requests as quickly as possible and we will get back to you as soon as we can. For reference, we prioritise requests in order of shows, so the further away the show you are attending the longer the wait for a response may be.
