Student Travel Grant Application for CV-COPS 2018
The CVPR Workshop on Challenges and Opportunities for Privacy and Security expects to be able to offer a limited number of travel grants to full-time students in order to attend the workshop and CVPR. To ensure full consideration, please (1) carefully complete all information below, and (2) ask your faculty academic advisor to send a short email to djcran@indiana.edu that (a) confirms that you are a full-time student in good standing, (b) recommends that we consider you for a travel grant, and (c) summarizes any other sources of funding (if any) that are available to help support your travel costs.

Please book and pay for your travel on your own ahead of time. If you are selected, we will partially reimburse some of your travel expenses after the workshop, assuming that (1) you provide us with required documentation (e.g. receipts), and (2) you attended and actively participated in the workshop. We are still awaiting final confirmation of our funding, so we do not know how many grants we will be able to award or the amount of each award. Awardees will be notified via email.

Due to conditions of our funding, priority will be given to full-time undergraduate or graduate students studying in educational institutions in the United States who are authors of accepted papers or abstracts at the workshop, but we will award grants to others if our funding allows. Students from Historically Black Colleges and Universities and Minority Serving Institutions, as well as students from demographic groups that are under-represented at CVPR, are especially encouraged to apply.

For full consideration, please submit your completed application as soon as possible; earlier applications may be given priority. We expect to notify grant awardees by the end of June.
