Deadline for Submitting Comments:12 p.m. on December 8, 2016: Individuals that wish to submit comments after November 28 must use the Council's online comment form. Comments will automatically be posted to the website and available for Council consideration. Comments received prior to noon on Thursday of the Council meeting (12/8/16) will be a part of the meeting administrative record.
NOTE: This online comment form does not accept PDF documents or images/graphics. If you have a comment that is being submitted on official letterhead or has graphics, images, multiple electronic signatures or is a pdf document, please e-mail the comment directly to firstname.lastname@example.org. These comments will be posted under the December 2016 Council meeting briefing book under the Other Comments folder.
