Fill out the application to reserve your place at the retreat. Participation fee will be $150.Participants who bring a midi lathe to share will pay a discounted fee of $100.
Registration fee includes: Thursday Evening Opening Ceremony and South Texas BBQ beginning at 4:00 pm. Hands on Classes all day on Friday and Saturday, and again on Sunday till noon. Coffee, Tea, Water will be available throughout the event . Lunch will be included for Friday and Saturday (If you have special dietary needs, please take care of your own needs).
Feel free to arrive early if you would like more time hanging out with the instructors and vendors. Instructors and vendors will begin to arrive on Tuesday. Wednesday and Thursday will be official "Set Up". This would be a great time for you to learn more about processing bowl blanks and to just hang out and learn and network with other turners.
Participants are asked to bring: a face-shield, the appropriate tools for the classes you are interested in, a 4 jaw chuck and key to fit a midi lathe, live center and spur drive. If you are unable to bring these items, please let us know and we will have a few extras to share. If you have extras, please bring them along and mark them clearly with your name.
Please Note: 1: A separate registration form is required for each person attending, even if they are not turning. (This helps with planning tables, chairs, food, etc....
