Stickers are free for Fox Chapel Borough residents; $25 (calendar year) for Fox Chapel Area School District residents; and $50 for non-residents.

Parks are open from dawn to dusk.

Except when actually in Lockhart Trail (aka "Upper Loop") Riding Meadow Park or Old Squaw Trail, dog(s) must be on-leash at all times, including in designated parking areas on Riding Meadow Rd, Trillium Ln and Old Mill Rd.
Dogs in Lockhart Trail must be on-leash from 11 AM to 3 PM.
Owners must have control and be in view of their dog(s) at all times and prevent aggressive behavior, biting, fighting or excessive barking.
Handlers must have leashes with them when dogs are off-leash.
Handlers must pick up after their dogs and dispose of waste in approved containers.
Handlers shall not litter.
Professional/Commercial dog walkers are not eligible for parking permits.
Not more than 2 dogs may be walked simultaneously by any one handler.
Owners are responsible for any injury or damage caused by their dog(s).
Dogs must be properly licensed and vaccinated with tags on collar.
No other animals permitted in the park - "dog(s) only".
Dogs may not be brought into the park if they are less than 4 months old, in heat, sick, designated dangerous by
the courts or have a history of aggressive behavior.
Permits must be renewed annually and are not transferrable.
Permits are valid for one-year only and may be revoked by the Borough at any time for violation of any of the above conditions or without cause.
Permits must be attached to the left side of the vehicle's rear bumper and clearly visible from the rear.
The undersigned confirms that he/she has read the above conditions and waiver and agrees to abide by their
content.
The parking permit may be revoked for any violation or any condition or without cause.
