25/26 Out of District Student Application Form
The Out-of-District Student Enrollment Request Form must be completed (one per student) for consideration for enrollment in the Whitefish School District for the 2025-2026 school year for students that reside out side the Whitefish School District boundaries.  Once this completed form is received, you will receive an email notification informing you of the date of the Board of Trustees meeting when your request will be considered. After the Board of Trustees has taken action on your request, you will receive an email notification of the decision of the Board and any necessary next steps. Completion of this form does not constitute enrollment in or agreement to enroll in the Whitefish School District.  

Board Policy 3141 States:
Applications for enrollment of out-of-district students must be submitted to the District for consideration either by June 1 (for June board meeting) or August 1 (for August board meeting) prior to the start of the school year in which attendance is sought.  Applications for enrollment of out-of-district students must be submitted to the District for consideration for enrollment for the spring semester in the current school year by January 2 (for January board meeting).

Application Deadline: January 2, 2026 for consideration for the 25/26 school year is at the January 13, 2026 board meeting to begin enrollment for the second semester.
