Human Capital Management Employee Records Request:
The records available for request through this online form are from the personnel file maintained by HCM Records ONLY.
Due to the volume of requests, all documents will be processed in the order they are received. During our peak season (June - August) requests take approximately 15-30 business days, non-peak periods is 7-10 business days. Research of records not readily available may take longer. Employees resigning and requesting current year service records should be advised that the service record will not be available until mid to late June when the district’s payroll department has completed final processing for the current year.
