Boat Registration Summer 2024 (remove by 10/15/24)
In order to store your boat at a LPCA beach, you must be a member in good standing - a FULL Member Paid in Full.

1. Please complete all information on this form.
2. Please email at least 2 pictures of your boat to lpcaboats@gmail.com.
3. here is a maximum of 2 boats stored at LPCA beaches for each household membership. Fill out a separate form for each boat.
4. Boats must be removed by October 15, 2024. There will be a $50 fee per boat if not removed by the date designated by LPCA. Members who do not remove their boats by the date designated by LPCA risk losing boat storage privileges for the following year.

By signing this document I agree that I am storing my boat purely at my own risk. Any damage or loss of my boat is not the responsibility of the Lake Panamoka Civic Association. I also agree to move or remove my boat at the request of the Association, as long as such request is made with a minimum of 7 days notice. I agree to keep my boat locked, with my own personal lock, in the registered location, when ever not in use. I understand that no boats are to be left on the lake shore overnight, unless I am given the written consent of the Lake Panamoka Civic Association Board of Directors.

 I understand all boats/possessions must be removed by October 15, 2024 and any boats/possessions left after 10/15/2024 may have locks cut and be moved to an unsecured location in the parking area.

In addition, there is a $50 fee for each boat not removed by the date designated by LPCA, and boat storage privileges for the following year may be revoked.
