MNY 2025 Volunteer Sign-ups
Use this form to sign up to volunteer or get information about volunteering at the 2025 Mars New Year festival.

Festival: Friday June 6 (5:00 - 10:00 pm) and Saturday June 7 (2:00 - 10:00 pm)
Setup will be Friday 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Breakdown will be Saturday after 8:00 PM
A variety of roles are needed during setup, during the festival and breakdown.

Volunteers must be at least 12 years of age. All minors must have a parent/guardian on site during the duration of the volunteer time.

All volunteers must be pre-approved by the MNY Committee.   Once approved, a Mars New Year Festival Volunteer Agreement will be sent via email and will be required.
