Student Enrollment Application
The Tutor Me Program (TMP)  will be held from September 06, 2022  - Friday, May 13, 2023 (33 weeks). We service students grades K-12 in the St. Louis Metropolitan Area.   The Tutor Me Program will take place on Monday through Friday, 3:00 pm - 6:00 pm (appointments only).  Students will receive 1:1 tutoring/mentoring services with their own tutor for the entire school year.  If your school age child attends one of the following school-age partnering schools, please do not worry about the cost associated with the program: Normandy Schools Collaborative and The Leadership School. For all setting purposes, the all services will meet in-person.

As far as  COVID-19 is concerned, TMP offers two different tutoring programs styles: in-person and virtual. For the in-person after school program, we will make sure that our tutors are wearing mask  and make sure that all participants are social distancing during the program. One of our main goals is to assist your students with their academics and to better understand subjects that are troubling them. At this time, all in-person sessions outside of our school-age partnerships will be held at our Administration Department, which is located in Bridgeton, MO.  For the virtual setting, all virtual sessions will take place on either Zoom, Duo, Microsoft Teams, or WebEx (all child accessible websites) with their own tutor. The best part of this program, parents/guardians will have the option to make their own schedules weekly. With the virtual learning and in-person session, all sessions are one hour each for $30. Parents/guardians are required to have two sessions per week. ALL PAYMENTS ARE DUE AT THE BEGINNING OF EACH WEEK ON A MONDAY.

One application per student. Remember that once you set and accept your child's scheduled sessions, then you are responsible for making sure that your child attends each session. There is a zero tolerance policy for no call/no show appointments. If your students miss three scheduled appointments (without communication) then we will assume that your child is no longer interested and they will be dropped from the program.

Please understand that your child will take an Entry Assessment Test (this will give us data on where they are when they start). They will take Monthly Assessment Exam to track their progress, and they will end with taking an Exit Assessment Test (this will give us data on how well they have done in the program).
