Donation Request
Donation Guidelines

We strive to make the best products money can buy, but also try to help others when we
can.

We give priority consideration for donations in the following areas, which we feel align
most closely with our business initiatives:

Areas of Focus

-Children/Education
• Organizations that help with the health or welfare of children or their education.

-Hunger
• We make product donations to food banks in or near our community.

-Community
• An annual discretionary budget is administered by the company president and
used for community-related activities.

• We make select product donations to local organizations for fundraising
purposes. Requests with a company connection will be given priority and will be
considered on an individual basis.

What does not qualify?
• Organizations that are not classified as IRS 501(c)(3) not-for-profit entities.
• Organizations outside the United States.
• Requests for individual/family support.
• Organizations falling outside our areas of focus.

To be eligible for donations, organizations must have a current tax exempt status under
Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, as amended, or be a public
school, college or university operated exclusively for public purposes.
Please allow 4 weeks to process your request. Requests with event dates that fall
during this time frame will not be considered. All applications must include a 501(c)(3)
determination letter. Use the attachment button below.

We require proof of performance and ask that you provide the following after the event.
• Photos of event
• Photos of Petit Jean Signage
• Photos of Petit Jean product at event
Send photos to donations@pjmeats.com. Failure to provide photos may decrease chance for future donations.

Organizations seeking support from Petit Jean Meats must certify that their charitable and/or educational programs and services are offered and provided to the intended beneficiaries without discrimination on the basis of race, color, gender, national origin, religion, disability, medical condition, marital status, sexual orientation, gender identity, veteran or military status, pregnancy, ancestry, age or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, county or local laws, regulations or ordinances.

Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. All donations are at the
discretion of Petit Jean Meats.
