Historic roadside markers are windows into our past. First created in New York State to commemorate events and locations associated with the American Revolution, these markers continue to inform and entertain us.
Bill Sauers has been president of the Greece Historical Society since 2007. In addition to writing and presenting historical programs, he is an amateur photographer and genealogist.
He is a retired engineer technician for the City of Rochester and a retired US Army Sergeant Major.
