Is my organization an art house?
Art house cinemas are exhibitors that are community-based and mission-driven; they needn't be a brick and mortar movie theater or screen films 7 days a week. Are you a film exhibitor who is committed to cinema's cultural heritage? Devoted to the enrichment of your community? Guided by a mission other than profit? Do you curate specialty, independent, and international cinema for the benefit of your community? If so, then you are an art house!
What is this information for?
We know that art house cinemas make an impact on our communities. However, in order to better advocate for our sector and share resources, we need more detailed information about the number of art houses in the United States. This data will help us demonstrate the scale of our impact on the field of media exhibition. We will never share or sell your contact information.
