The Associated Press Media Editors Foundation is offering diversity scholarships to attend the New England NewsTrain workshop on Oct. 14, 2017. in Beverly, Massachusetts. Journalists, journalism students and journalism educators from diverse backgrounds are invited to apply. Successful applicants for these competitive awards will have their early-bird $75 registration fee waived; they must pay their own travel expenses. Please apply BY SEPT. 6, 2017. To apply, complete and submit this online application AND email a resume and up to three work samples and/or journalism-class assignments to Rony Camille with CBS Boston at camille.rony@gmail.com.
