2021 H-PEA Conference Student Scholarship Application
Thank you for your interest in attending this year’s H-PEA Conference. You are eligible to apply for this scholarship if you are a full-time student attending a higher education institution. Please fill out this application form completely to be considered for a scholarship. The scholarship is for $15 to attend the virtual conference
(September 20–24 from 8:30–12:30). Please note that all scholarship recipients will be expected to volunteer at the conference. Volunteer opportunities include assisting with serving as the Zoom room host and tech support.
The deadline to submit the application is Thursday, August 19, 11:59 p.m. HST. You will be notified by August 30th whether you have been awarded a scholarship.
Are you currently a full-time student attending a higher education institution?
Please provide a brief description (50-100 words) of your personal interest in engaging in future evaluation work.
H-PEA counts on student scholarship recipients to volunteer for the conference. Are you willing to serve as a Zoom Room Moderator? We will provide moderator training and you will assist presenters during 1 to 3 conference sessions in a Zoom meeting room.
Not really comfortable doing this.

Medium (e.g., have attended meetings via Zoom that used breakout rooms and polls)
