Rites of Passage 2017 Student Speaker Interest Form
One of the most exciting components of the Rites of Passage Ceremony are the student speeches that are addressed to the graduating class, families and other ceremony guests! Each year two graduating students are selected to deliver riveting speeches that inspire our graduates, reflect on the student experience (including challenges and accomplishments), and connect the ceremony theme to our graduates' post-grad transition. This year we will only be selecting only one student to speak at Rites of Passage 2017.

Interested speakers will be required to audition for the Paul Robeson Cultural Center staff early April. Students selected for speaking opportunities will, if necessary, be given feedback to assist in the revision of their remarks and will be required to submit a finalized copy of their speech by May 5th, 2017. If you have any questions, please email rop@echo.rutgers.edu

Please completed the below form and expect an email with audition information after Spring Break.
