Con of the North 2027 Designated + Large Group Space Application

Thank you for your interest in hosting events within designated space at Con of the North! We appreciate you for taking the time to fill out the application and ask that you read all documentation included in the application (Timeline/Hours, Policies, Special Requests). We will attempt to accommodate requests to the best of our abilities. An application does not guarantee a large group space. Approved spaces will be selected based on available space and information submitted within this application. You will be notified if you have been granted a designated or large group space for the upcoming convention.

Designated Space: assigned tables for a specific group for the duration of the convention. These spaces will be in a community space, therefore overnight storage of personal effects will not be possible.

Large Group Space: assigned rooms for a specific group for the duration of the convention. These rooms will be locked over night so set-up and storage can be maintained in the assigned room overnight for the convention weekend.
