Our one session fall class is open for registration! See below for descriptions, details, dates, and times. Please complete a separate form for each participant and/or class they will be participating in.
To complete registration, you will need to send payment (by Interac e-transfer to info@playonpediatric.com or call 613-699-0787 with a credit card). Once payment is received, you will receive an intake form through our booking system. If you have any questions please email classes.playon@gmail.com.
This class may be cancelled if registration is low, in which case you will receive a refund.
**This class may be eligible to be submitted through your extended health benefits through Occupational Therapy. You will need a prior Occupational Therapy assessment. Please let us know if you would like to book an assessment.
