Thank you for your interest in String of Hearts group sessions!
Our music-making sessions are open to older adults living in Trafford and south Manchester, particularly people who might be isolated or living with long-term conditions. The sessions take place regularly in accessible community venues and involve exploring music, singing, playing percussion, and writing new songs with the support of professional musicians from String of Hearts. No musical experience is required to participate. Our aim is to have fun, meet new people, and experience increased wellbeing and social connections, particularly for those who experience barriers to accessing activities in the community.
