2024 NW Cider Cup - Judge & Steward Interest Survey
The eleventh annual NW Cider Cup competition judging will take place in person Monday, June 3rd, 2024 in Wilsonville, Oregon. We are currently accepting names of applicants interested in judging or stewarding. Experience is preferred, but not required to be considered. This is an all day commitment with lunch provided. Please complete this form by 3/8/24 to indicate your interest. Completing this form does not guarantee acceptance as a judge or steward. We will notify you if you have been selected. Both judges and stewards are required to participate in advance training, even if they have judged/stewarded before. Virtual trainings will be recorded for later viewing. Thank you for your interest. To participate, please confirm you are willing to commit to attending/viewing the required competition training. Virtual judge training will most likely place 5/22, in-person sensory training 6/2. Steward training TBD. Virtual trainings will also be recorded for later viewing.

Lunch will be provided to judges and stewards on judging day. Please indicate any dietary restrictions below:
Some ciders evaluated will have additions or be processed in ways that may be problematic for judge allergens (i.e., hops, specific fruits, herbs, spices, etc.). Please list any allergens we should be aware of.
This competition is judged electronically. Please confirm you will be able to provide your own wifi enabled laptop/tablet/ipad and charging equipment to complete electronic judging forms throughout the day. *
If you have a conflict of interest (i.e. if you or a family member own/work for a particular cidery) who may enter in the cup, please indicate which cider(ies). This does not preclude you from judging, but we will ensure you do not judge ciders from this maker.
