Scalehouse Volunteer Signup March - April 2026
Thank you for your interest in volunteering at the gallery and our upcoming fundraiser! We will follow up with confirmation and further instructions.

Fundraiser will take place at Open Space Event Studio on Thursday, April 16. Volunteers receive free admission to the fundraiser. See volunteer specific tasks below. 

Workshop Support assist with our upcoming Mobile Workshop with Artist Michele Guieu on April 11th.

Gallery Paint & Patch we are looking for support patching and painting walls to prepare for our next exhibit on April 25th at 1PM (stay as long as you're able).

Fundraiser (Thursday, April 16, 2026):

Event set up: from 1pm - 4:30pm at Open Space. Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, comfortable going up and down a ladder.

Photographer: from 5:30-7:30pm. Interact with guests and document the event, provide Scalehouse with photos. Business will be thanked as event sponsor from the podium and mentioned in marketing.

Guest check in: arrive at 4:00 to receive training in Eventive. Responsible for checking guests in and providing them with appropriate paddle number and drink tickets. Verify correct card on file in Eventive and update if needed. Should be comfortable using computer/tech.

Paddle Raiser recorder: work closely with paddle raise team to record paddle raisers. Attentive, detailed listeners required!

Tech Support: arrive at 4:30PM. Make sure computer is playing slides, switch from welcome slide show to variety show slide show, support Braden and Shanan as needed

Event take down: arrive at 7pm. Assist with clean up and takedown of the event. Should be able to lift up to 50 pounds, comfortable going up and down a ladder.
