GENERAL AGREEMENT- (JUDGE, Volunteer STYLIST-BARBER, MODELS, ENTERTAINER, MODERATOR, PRINCESSES,) This agreement is made between Nesta Felix, a duly authorized representative of NewFlex hoops a 501c (3) Not for Profit Corporation and The Listed Participant: (Judge, Volunteer Stylist-Barber, Model, Entertainer, Moderator, Princess/Parent) in our annual Hair Show Pageant on June 11th, 2022. The parties agree that (Judge, Volunteer Stylist-Barber, Model, Entertainer, Moderator, and Princess/Parent) will be a participant for Miss NewFlex Hair Show Pageant Fundraiser. (Judge, Volunteer Stylist-Barber, Model, Entertainer, Moderator, Princess) acknowledges and accepts that involvement for NewFlex hoops Inc. is volunteer based and no compensation (with the exception of donated gifts and mentioned prizes) is to be received for any services agreed to herein or subsequently agreed upon in connection with Miss NewFlex Hair Show Pageant. NewFlex agrees to provide (Judge, Volunteer Stylist-Barber, Model, Entertainer, Moderator, and Princess/Parent) with an outline of the event at a time prior to the event date, as agreed upon by both parties. (Judge, Volunteer Stylist-Barber, Model, Entertainer, Moderator, Princess/Parent) agrees to arrive no later than one hour prior to the designated start time of the event for which this agreement pertains or at a time agreed to amongst the parties to this agreement. NewFlex agrees to provide (Judge, Competitor, Stylist, Barber, Freelancer, Model, Entertainer, Moderator, Princess/Parent) with all the required information regarding the content and duration of said event giving (Judge, Competitor, Stylist, Freelancer, Model, Princess/Parent) ample time to satisfy the terms and conditions of this agreement. *
