Welcome to the booking form for your Home Energy Assessment. This is a volunteer project intended to increase your knowledge of energy efficiency.

This is where you tell us what your interested in and what you hope to achieve. By completing this accurately it will help us customise the service we provide to get you the best results possible.

There is a $30 fee for having a Home Energy Assessment performed. This is to cover costs of running the program.The assessment will be conducted by a volunteer who will spend around 60 minutes visiting your house with our thermal camera. The camera will allow us to detect cold spots in the house highlighting poor insulation or draughts. We will also discuss other issues about running your house efficiently and answering any questions you may have.

After the assessment we will contact you with a couple of brief questionnaires to assess the effectiveness of the program.

Note: Currently assessments are only carried out in the shires of Nillumbik, Banyule and Darebin. Assessments may be done outside these areas... but you will have to bribe us with chocolate!

You will need a copy of an electricity and gas bill to complete this questionnaire.

Note: This is a volunteer program and while we provide advice to the best of our ability, you should confirm the information with other sources before making any large expenditures.
