All applications need to be submitted by Friday 19th July. You will find out if you have been successful or not by Thursday 25th July.
Successful applicants will receive a photo pass that only allows them full access to one stage. You will only be granted AAA to the stage you have been allocated, however you are free to photograph throughout the full site from all the public areas. We will try and provide people with the stage of their preference however this won't always be possible. Please make sure you complete your brief for your assigned stage as well as visiting the rest of the site.
After the event, please send your photos to firstname.lastname@example.org no later than Sunday 11th August . All images should be submitted without a watermark, you will be fully credited when the image is used. Please only send up to 30 Images of the stage/element of the festival you have been given and then any additional images of the festival you wish to send. Failure to comply with the agreement may result in you been unable to photograph future Sesh events.
