I'm accepting a small number of new members based on who I think I can help the most.

This is based on a combination of channel size, upload cadence, broader YouTube goals, scriptwriting style, and several other factors - so just fill this out as honestly as possible.

The YouTube Writer's Room is a good fit if you:
  • Upload at least 1-2x per month.
  • Understand the core principles of YouTube and now want to improve your scriptwriting.
  • Have a clearly established niche or sub-niche (although you may wish to refine your target audience).
  • Are open to exploring new approaches to writing and storytelling on YouTube.

Before you continue: the YouTube Writer's Room has 80+ members, therefore I am not able to review scripts IN FULL, from start to finish.

Instead, students are asked to select specific areas of their scripts they want my help on.

- Most commonly, we'll workshop hooks together.
- Some students share scripts one "segment" at a time, using my advice/rewrites to help them re-write the rest of their script in their own time.
- Others will simply share a video's structure, or ask a broader question about the script they're working on.

This ensures I'm able to give my full attention to every post, and to help you workshop the areas of your scripts that need the most improvement - but it means I cannot review scripts in full.

If you need full, word-for-word script reviews, the YouTube Writer's Room won't be a good fit for you. Feel free to email george@georgeblackman.com to discuss working 1-1 with me in this capacity.
