2022 Avon Club Fall Festival Vendor Application

The festival location is outdoors on Church Avenue between Dickson and Dalzell Avenues in Ben Avon.  It will be held RAIN or SHINE from 10am- 4pm.  Vendors are to be family friendly with products for sale.

COVID RULES AND REGULATIONS: All Vendors shall be required to adhere to all applicable CDC and Pennsylvania state rules, regulations and mandates related to COVID as are in effect at the time of the festival.  Extra precautions such as face coverings, hand sanitizer and gloves (especially related to food handling) are strongly encouraged.  

PLEASE NOTE:  Vendor applications will be accepted on a first come, first served basis (only being accepted upon full payment) and will be assigned a spot beginning on the Dickson side of Church Avenue and proceeding to the Dalzell side.  Absolutely no requests for location preferences or changes will be accepted.  

Vendors are responsible for setting up and bringing tables, chairs and any sun awnings.  Vendors are responsible for cleaning and sweeping their areas and removing debris/garbage after the festival has ended.  Avon Club will be the only vendor permitted to sell hot and cold drinks.

Vendors should be aware that Avon Club does allow “multiples” of similar vendors.  If you wish to not participate if this should occur, make us aware and you can be notified of the situation.

Electricity will not be provided.  If electricity is needed, Vendors are responsible for providing their own generator.  Vendors may begin setting up at 8:30am on the day of the event.

REGISTRATION FEE: $25 for a vendor table and $15 for a non-profit or gaming table.

DEADLINES: As space allows, all completed applications and fees must be received by Wednesday, August 31. Applications received after August 31 will be assessed a late fee of $20.  No applications will be accepted after Friday, September 9.

You will receive email confirmation of the received application and fee.  The map of vendors will be available approximately a week prior to the festival.
