Fill out this form to purchase farm shares and become members of the Southside CSA for Harvest 2023 for pick up on Mondays 6:30 - 8:30pm at Twenty Sided Event Space OR 6:30 - 9pm at Dolly's Swing & Dive (with special options for pick up as early as 3pm or after 9pm from the bartender). We need to get at least 10 people per each A and B Shares, per location, to make each location worth doing.
ONLY TAKING ORDERS UNTIL FRIDAY, JUNE 2ND! If it is after June 2nd and you are seeing this - we can still fit it a few more people, but if you order Veg, Berry or Orchard, they will have to be A Weeks. We will also have a Fall Share, starting after Labor Day, that we can send you info on, if you would like.

IMPORTANT: We are trying to find someone to do deliveries this year. If you know of a person who would like to do so, or a company you think would, please let us know at southsidecsa@gmail.com. They do not need to be a member and will need to run and bill it themselves.
STEP 1 - Look at the season calendar & fill out the order form.
STEP 2 - Read CSA Membership Agreement & sign to indicate you have done so and your agreement to the terms.
STEP 3 - Sign up for your 3 volunteer shifts at
https://signup.com/go/FvePNnb: Your order will not be considered complete until you have signed up for your 3 required volunteer shifts. We understand you might need to change your shifts later.
STEP 4 - Look for and respond to the email receipt we send you (may take a few days-we are volunteer run!) that has a copy of membership agreement, order info, total balance due, deposit info, payment plan, etc. You must respond to this email to confirm your order is correct. If it is not correct, we will send you a new one. Make sure to take a look at your individual calendar file. You will need to refer to this to make sure you pick up the correct things on the correct weeks.
