Project Submission Form
All service projects completed by volunteers participating in the Magic Day of Giving must receive necessary permission from property and/or business owners. Magic Day of Giving volunteers are prohibited from participating in service projects that are completed inside an individual's private residence. We ask that all projects submitted take no more than two hours to complete.

If you would like to submit multiple projects for consideration for the Magic Day of Giving, please complete a separate form for each project. This will allow for easier pairing of volunteers to projects. All nonprofits and government entities that submit a project for consideration must be able to provide the tools necessary for volunteers to complete the activity.

I understand that the Magic Day of Giving is a one-day volunteer service project occurring on September 13, 2019. Magic Day of Giving is expected to last no more than four hours, and due to these time constraints, the requested project may not be finished. In case of inclement weather on the day of Magic Day of Giving, I understand that the Magic Day of Giving planning committee cannot guarantee the completion of the requested project. I understand that all jobs that are able to be performed will be, but due to constraints, Magic Day of Giving is unable to reschedule any projects for a later date. I understand that under no circumstances are the participants allowed to use power tools (this includes but is not limited to lawnmowers, weed eaters, electric shears, etc.). If painting is requested, I understand that Magic Day of Giving will not provide paint. I understand that the Magic Day of Giving planning committee reserves all rights to terminate any project at any time for any reason without prior notice.

The Magic Day of Giving planning committee and their associated organizations are not responsible for any damages caused by volunteers. Participants shall protect, hold harmless, and indemnify the Magic Day of Giving planning committee and their associated organizations against all liabilities, claims, suits, or demands for injuries or damages to any person and/or property growing out of his/her participation in the Magic Day of Giving, including acts or omissions constituting negligence by the Magic Day of Giving planning committee, their associated organizations, or individual volunteers.

I certify that I am the owner or have obtained approval from the owner or manager of the project site concerning the above requested improvements. I understand this is only a job request, and all job requests must be approved by the Magic Day of Giving planning committee. Upon approval, I will be contacted by the Magic Day of Giving planning committee to finalize any details.
