They often work alone in their own small businesses as individual performers, artists, designers, and writers promoting themselves across the creative arts and entertainment industry. They apply entrepreneurial concepts to safeguard their contribution to their work environment. They can be accountable for team outcomes, although also work autonomously at a high level.
