Wild Women NEPA Festival 2025 is day-long outdoor gathering for women of all ages focused on wellness, nature and connection!
We are seeking food vendors, artisan crafters, clothing, accessories, local businesses, tarot readers, crystal vendors, massage therapists, reiki practitioners, and anything else that will enrich the lives of women!
FESTIVAL
• Saturday, August 23, 2025• 10:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Lazybrook Park: 2 Lazybrook, Tunkhannock, PA 18657
VENDOR PRICING
• $100 - (1) 10x10 space without electricity.
• $125 - (1) 10x10 space or food truck includes electric hookup.
DETAILS
• Includes (2) complimentary admission tickets (an $80 value).
• Additional tickets may be purchased separately at a discounted rate.
• Vendors are responsible for providing their own tent, tables, chairs and payments systems.
• Some vendors may require their own insurance such as food concession, massage therapy, etc.
• There are no additional permits required for food vendors at LazyBrook Park.
APPROVAL & PAYMENT
• Vendors will be reviewed, approved and announced after the application deadline.
• Wild Women NEPA will contact you directly via email to confirm your approval and addition to the festival.
• Beware of scammers and anyone impersonating Wild Women NEPA on social media.
• Vendor payment and agreement must be received within 14 days from approval to secure acceptance.
A limited number of vendors will be selected to participate in this year’s festival allowing for good product variety and maximized vendor profitability. Festival organizers reserve the right to deny requests due to limited availability.
CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
Event is held outdoors rain or shine. ALL VENDOR FEES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
