Summer Art Camp Volunteer Form
Summer Art Camp is approaching quickly!
We have two locations this Summer in Kentucky. 

In Louisville, we are hosting camp at Valley View Church from June 23-27th. In Radcliff, we are hosting camp at Fellowship Baptist Church (1298 Rogersville Rd) from July 7th - 11h.  Each camp is from 8:00 a.m - 12:00 p.m

Volunteers will be asked to arrive 30 minutes early, and stay 30 minutes after camp has concluded each day.

Subject Preferance:
The subject teacher will teach their specific subject to each class. (Choose the subjects that you would feel comfortable assisting, it is not a guarantee you will be placed in that position.)

Age Group Leader:
The age group leader will be in charge of one of the specific age groups. They will be in charge of transporting their group from class to class, as well as maintaining the classes behavior and bathroom breaks.
