(Cancellation must be made in writing via email two weeks prior to the event in order to receive a refund.)

Restricted Project Compliance Form...Due 1-10-25
Individual Project Entry Form ...Due 2-3-25
Project Abstract...Due 2-20-25
Interview Time Selection will take place between 2-17-25 and 2-21-25 and will be assigned on a first-come, first-served basis.
Media Release Form... Due prior to 2-28-25

Projects must be set up between 4 and 6 on 2-28-25 or between 7:45 and 8:15 on 3-1-25.
