ArkMEA All-State Session Presentation Application
All-State Music Conference Convention Center 134 Convention Blvd, Hot Springs, AR 71901 February 21, 2020

Tables and Equipment Provided: Two tables of various sizes and shapes will be available in rooms. A ceiling-mount LCD projector will be provided. Please bring any cables/adapters necessary to connect your laptop.

*Presenter responsibilities: ArkMEA cannot guarantee the availability of any item not specifically mentioned above. Clinicians will be responsible for their own handouts and will provide their own laptops if needed. It is assumed that personal laptops will provide any necessary audio and video sources for your presentation. There will be no access to DVD players, TVs, CD players, etc.

Please note: ArkMEA does not pay any honoraria or expenses to its members
or to presenters of proposed interest sessions.
*All clinicians must be active members of NAfME and must register for the conference in order to present a session.*
