Choose Your Metabolic Panel Type *
A Basic Metabolic Panel (BMP) checks 8 key levels including electrolytes, kidney function, and blood sugar (glucose).

A Comprehensive Metabolic Panel (CMP) includes everything in the BMP, but adds 6 more tests for liver function, protein levels, and calcium, giving a broader look at metabolism, liver, and kidney health.

Think of CMP as BMP + liver tests. Physicians typically recommend receiving a CMP annually. A lipid panel is included with both, and is used to measure different types of cholesterol and fats in your blood to assess heart disease and stroke risk.
Vitamin D *
Optional Test. Low Vitamin D levels can lead to osteoporosis, increased risk of bone fractures, and immune system deficiencies. Low Vitamin D levels have also been linked to cardiovascular disease, diabetes, and depression or mood disorders.
Prostate-Specific Antigen (PSA) *
Optional Test. Elevated PSA levels can indicate prostate enlargement, inflammation, or cancer of the prostate. PSA testing is recommended for men over 50 or those with a higher risk factors, including a family history of prostate cancer or other genetic factors.
C-Reactive Protein (CRP) *
Optional Test. CRP measures inflammation in blood vessels. Even when cholesterol and blood pressure look normal, elevated CRP can signal a higher risk of heart attack or stroke. CRP testing can be valuable for people with a family history of heart disease.
Thyroid Panel *
Optional Test. The thyroid panel includes TSH, Free T4, and Free T3. This test can check for hormone imbalances that affect energy, metabolism, heart rate, and weight. A thyroid panel gives a fuller picture than TSH testing alone and shows actual thyroid function and reduces missed or misleading results.
A1C / Diabetes *
Optional Test. An A1C blood test is used to help understand average blood sugar levels over the past 2-3 months. This is helpful for screening prediabetes and diabetes. It identifies blood sugar problems even when fasting glucose is normal, helps assess long-term risk for heart / kidney disease or nerve damage, and tracks how well blood sugar is being managed over time.
Complete Blood Count (CBC) *
Optional Test. CBCs help detect anemia, infections, inflammation, blood disorders, and bone-marrow disorders.
Kiwanis Scholarship Fund *
Kiwanis Club of Warren offers scholarships to graduating seniors in Key Clubs of Warren and Eisenhower who have shown a commitment to service in their high school years, and are furthering their education. A donation is not required but we appreciate your generosity.
