The sale of this vehicle is between the Seller and Elite Heritage Sales.

The vehicle price is subject to inspection. Upon collection, please ensure that the V5C, service history, and locking wheel nut are provided.

Mileage: The Seller certifies that, to the best of their knowledge, the mileage reading stated above reflects the actual mileage of the motor vehicle. The Seller further certifies that the mileage has not been altered, set back, or disconnected while the vehicle was in their possession, and that they have no knowledge of any such actions by others.

Vehicle Condition and History: The Seller confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the motor vehicle has not been subject to any bodywork or panel repairs, nor has it sustained any structural damage. The Seller further confirms that they are not aware of any such repairs or damage having occurred prior to their ownership. The Seller also confirms that, to the best of their knowledge, the motor vehicle has not been stolen and subsequently recovered, and has not been purchased by the Seller from a salvage or insurance auction.

Warranties: The Seller warrants that the motor vehicle is free from any liens or encumbrances and that they are the legal owner of the vehicle. The Seller further warrants that they have full right and authority to sell the motor vehicle.

‘As Is’ Condition: The Purchaser acknowledges that the motor vehicle is sold “as is.” The Seller expressly disclaims any implied warranties, including but not limited to warranties of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability. The Seller further disclaims all other express or implied warranties.

Working Order: The Seller expressly disclaims any warranty regarding the condition or working order of the motor vehicle.

Inspection: The Purchaser accepts the motor vehicle in its current condition, having either inspected the vehicle or been given the opportunity to do so and chosen not to.

Governing Law: This Bill of Sale shall be construed in accordance with and governed by the laws of England.
