Provide online professional learning, accessible instructional resources, and sharing of best practices (inc. assessment, grading/report cards, and using data to improve student learning) among teachers
Elementary Physical Education (PE) which allows elementary teachers grade level planning time
Elementary Instrumental Music program
Fund lower class size at 24:1 for TK/K-3
Provide foundational literacy focus to ensure students read on grade level by 3rd grade
English and Math tutoring/intervention programs before and after school
Student reviews by using a Multi-Tiered System of Support that looks at each student to ensure success
