ASLP is available Monday - Friday when school is in session. The ASLP Fee is $12 per session per student. ASLP session is 3:15 - 5:30 pm. ASLP meets in the Parish Hall and pick up is at the Parish Hall door entrance in the rear parking lot.
Parents are asked to complete this monthly reservation form in advance. ASLP staffing is determined based on the number of students scheduled in the Monthly Registration Form. Completion of the Monthly Registration Form is important to ensure proper ASLP staffing and safety of students attending.
Attendance to ASLP is guaranteed only for ASLP dates scheduled in this Monthly Reservation Form. We understand circumstances change and you may need to adjust your monthly reservation. ASLP dates scheduled after the Monthly Reservation Form due date are considered "ASLP Drop Ins" and need to be scheduled with the school office (Cindy Fassbender- cfassbender@sgabriel.org) . ASLP Drop Ins are granted on a "first come first serve" basis and incur an additional $5.00 charge per student per session.
Proper staffing of the ASLP is imperative for the safety of our students. ASLP staffing is based on the number of students scheduled in the Monthly Reservation Form. We offer no refunds of scheduled session dates after the Monthly Registration Form submission deadline. Each family is allowed one absence per child per month at no cost. All other absences will be billed at the normal ASLP session rate.
Payment: ASLP will be billed based on the session dates scheduled in the Monthly Reservation Form. ASLP Fees are required in advance of attendance. Parents of students with outstanding balances will be given a notice for payment. Students with outstanding ASLP balances will not be allowed to attend ASLP until the outstanding balance is settled or a payment plan is established. Students with outstanding ASLP balances will be taken to the school office and a parent/guardian will be called for pick up.
