Our Place in Space
1:00pm – 1:45pm (ET)

Where Earth is located and how it moves has a huge impact on our lives! Using a web-based planetarium show, students will see how our planet moves in space and how that movement affects our days and seasons. Students will learn how ancient civilizations explained these movements and will create an art project based on their understanding of our place in space. Materials needed: paper, crayon, marker or coloring pencil.
