Глобальна ініціатива T4P (Трибунал для Путіна) була створена у відповідь на повномасштабну агресію Росії проти України у лютому 2022 року. Учасники ініціативи документують події, у яких є ознаки злочинів згідно з Римським статутом Міжнародного кримінального суду (геноцид, злочини проти людяності, воєнні злочини) в усіх регіонах України. Ініціатива прагне використати чинні механізми ООН, Ради Європи, ОБСЄ, ЄС і Міжнародного кримінального суду для запобігання цим брутальним злочинам і притягнення до відповідальності винних. Також ми співпрацюємо з національними органами розслідування. Ми віримо, що зло, яке сьогодні чинить Росія, — це наслідок відсутності засудження зла, яке вона чинила у минулому.

The Tribunal for Putin (T4P) global initiative was set up in response to the all-out war launched by Russia against Ukraine in February 2022. In all the Regions of Ukraine, participant-organisations (see below) document events that display features of crimes defined in the Rome Statute of the International Criminal Court as Genocide, Crimes Against Humanity, War Crimes. The Initiative makes use, where possible, of the existing procedures of the United Nations, the Council of Europe, the OSCE, the European Union and the International Criminal Court to avert such crimes and to bring those responsible to justice. We are convinced that the evil currently being perpetrated by Russia in Ukraine is a result of the failure to condemn the evil that was done in the past.
