21-22 Hinsdale Central Schedule change request form
Schedule change requests for the 21-22 school year will be processed on a first come, first serve basis provided there is space available. We do not grant teacher change requests or period change requests, so please do not submit those.
Please note that if you are requesting this change after schedules have been released, any changes to your schedule could result in changes to the order of other courses in your schedule and we will not change your schedule back if you decide you prefer the other schedule.
This form will close on Friday, August 20 so that we have time to process changes prior to the start of school. No changes will be made after that date.

Please list the course(s) you wish to drop and the course(s) you wish to take in priority order. We will do our best to get you into one of the courses listed.
Please note, we can not make a level change to a higher level course unless you were recommended for the honors level course during course selection and you chose to not take the honors option; for example- you were given the option to take English 2 Honors, but choose to take English 2 and have now changed your mind.
If you were not recommended for an honors level course, you SHOULD NOT FILL OUT THIS REQUEST FORM UNTIL YOU HAVE BEEN GIVEN PERMISSION FROM THE APPROPRIATE DEPARTMENT CHAIR. IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO CONTACT THE DEPARTMENT CHAIR. WE WILL NOT CONTACT THEM BECAUSE YOU COMPLETED THIS FORM.

If we are not able to make your schedule change request, we will contact you. If we are able to make your request, you will see the change when schedules are released. If you are requesting this change after schedules have been released, please check your schedule in HAC for any updates. We will not print schedules for schedule changes.
