11:30am-2:30pm ( Shift 1: Work at the check in table and answer logistical questions)

2:30pm-5:30pm (Shift 2: Work at the check in table and answer logistical questions)

1:00pm-3:30pm (Shift 1: Case Advisor Liaison: will direct mentors to team work-rooms)

3:30-6:00pm (Shift 2: Case Advisor Liaison: will direct mentors to team work-rooms)

Times and Positions Available on Saturday February 1st (Competition Day)

Please feel free to select more than one option. You can work in more than one role throughout the day

7:30am-8:00am and 11:50am (Printing: Help with printing hard copies of presentations for judges)

7:00am-8:00am (Judges Check-in: Help direct judges to rooms and have them fill out photo-release forms. Will be assisted by EGHI staff member)

7:30am-10:00am (Shift 1 Floaters: Help as needed as tasks arise on competition day: printing, running supplies, etc)

8:00am-10:15am (Timekeepers/Presentation Loaders: Load presentations before each team presents, keep time and alert teams when time is up)

8:00am-10:15am (Room Monitors: Stand guard inside presentation rooms to ensure nobody interrupts presentations)

8:00am - 10:15am (Photography Liaison: assists photographer with taking team photos after presentations)

8:00am-10:15am (Hall Monitors: Ensure halls outside presentation rooms stay quiet, help direct people to proper rooms)

10:00am-1:15pm (Shift 2 Front Desk Support: Help answer team questions, direct people to correct rooms)

10:00am-1:15pm (Shift 2 Floaters: Help as needed as tasks arise on competition day: printing, running supplies, etc)

2:00pm-3:00pm (Clean-Up: Assist in cleaning up after the reception and tidying up presentation rooms)
