Dit formulier betreft een eerste inschrijving en is dus bedoeld voor nieuwe leden van  Hanul Taekwondo vzw. 

We nodigen je uit om het formulier volledig in te vullen en de bijgevoegde documenten te lezen.

Zodra het formulier is verzonden, zal jouw inschrijving verwerkt worden en sturen we de factuur op voor de betaling van het lidmaatschapsgeld. De inschrijving is pas geldig na ontvangst van de betaling.
