All sponsors are required to submit a short application for approval. Only applicants that fit within GCM’s mission will be approved. Once approved, a sponsor will receive an agreement to sign and return with payment in-full. All fees are due in advance and sponsorship is not confirmed until payment is received.
Green City Market operates year round. GCM currently has two locations available for sponsorship opportunities during the outdoor season and one location during our indoor season: GCM Lincoln Park: May to October, Wednesdays & Saturdays, 7am-1pm, South End of Lincoln Park GCM West Loop: June to October, Saturdays, 8am-1pm, Mary Bartleme ParkGCM Indoor Market: November to April, Saturdays, 8am-1pm, Peggy Notebaert Nature Museum
Green City Market operates rain or shine. Acceptance dates are non transferable and refunds will not be given for cancellations. Sponsors will be required to arrive by 6:30 am in order to complete set up by the 7 am market opening. Sponsor booths shall remain up until 1 pm, when the market closes. Sponsors are responsible for bringing all necessary supplies and materials for their booth including a 10 x 10 pop-up canopy with appropriate tent weights and tables and table coverings. Sponsor is responsible for clean up of booth and removal of all items not belonging to GCM. Generators and amplified sound are not allowed. Electricity is not provided. Food samples and treats are not allowed in sponsor booths, nor are animals.
