The Saddle Brook Public School District is responsible to the Board of Education and the Saddle Brook taxpayers to ensure only current residents of our district attend our schools. Non-residents who fraudulently attend Saddle Brook Public Schools reduce the number of resources available to the Saddle Brook children.

In order to attend Saddle Brook Public Schools a family must actually be residing in a home located in Saddle Brook. (The grandparents or other family members residing in Saddle Brook does not permit children who live elsewhere to attend Saddle Brook Public Schools.)

If you suspect fraudulent residency please use the form below to submit your concerns to the Superintendent of Schools.

You must submit either family/child’s name AND/ OR a Saddle Brook home address.
You must also provide specific reasons for investigation. Please provide other requested information if available.
