This is an application to rent space inside of The Market on Main. Space is available on a first come, first serve basis and is limited.

Rents start at $300/month. This includes all utilities and associated costs. We do NOT take a percentage of your sales.

The lease is a 6 month commitment. If, for any reason, you wish to exit your lease within this time frame, you will NOT be released from your lease. You will be legally obligated to complete your lease in full, including paying all rent, fees, wages, and time obligations. Do you agree to this? *

Everyone who signs up with The Market on Main is required to work in the shop for a MINIMUM of 5 hours per week. In lieu of being physically present in the shop, you may pay an employee (provided) to work in your stead. You will be assigned a day of the week to work based upon availability and is a first come, first served basis.

I acknowledge and agree to the following: *

I will not conduct business inside the shop outside of normal business hours established by The Market on Main

I will not use my Owner's discount for anyone outside of my immediate household.

I will participate in events the shop is having. I understand that I am not required to be at them all, but will show up and represent my business for as many as I am able.

I will attend and participate in all Owners meetings.

I will keep open and honest communication with Aurora Wilson regarding any issues or complications associated with my business, the other owners and employees.

I agree that the items listed on the lease that I plan to sell are the ONLY items that I am allowed to bring in and sell. Additions must be approved with Aurora Wilson BEFORE bringing in new items.
