Hazbin Cafe Soirée Cosplayer/Cast Form
Welcome Sinners, Hellspawn, Heaven dwellers, and those of you still situated in the world before afterlife! This is the form for COSPLAY applicants! Please read the instructions below carefully and fill out the form. 

We are currently casting for this cafe without having a set date for production. This is because we plan to run this cafe host club experience at multiple conventions and locations. If you are unsure of your schedule, we urge you to still apply. Any cafe events will be planned well in advance, and most characters will be cast with an understudy in case if the initial cosplayer can not attend assigned events.

This is a very intensive performative role. You will be roleplaying in character, dancing, and singing or lipsyncing. It requires commitment and you will be required to spend time perfecting your character and in voice call with other cast and organizers prior to the event. 

This is an unpaid position. We are currently working on a funding campaign, but we are not going to be initially charging tickets for our events. That being said, cosplayers will have opportunities to make income from fan service and selling. A percentage of any profit from the event will also be divided between all who are working for the event, though as of now this amount can not be predicted or guaranteed. We do it for the love of the game.

It is important to note that you do not need to be local to New York City to apply even if we are based here. We can not offer to cover travel expenses, but if you can cover your own travel accommodations then you most certainly should apply to be part of the cast!

Notice: Popular characters are expected to receive a lot of submissions. We urge you to apply for them regardless!

Prior experience. Please put below any experience you have in character acting, cosplaying, or other relevant experience. Prior experience is not required, we will consider applicants who do not have experience. *
Do you dance? (Not all applicants will be required to dance, but if you have experience or wish to learn, make note below!) If you have a link to a performance video or audition dance video, please put it here as well.
Do you sing? (Applicants will not be required to sing, but if you would want to sing live while performing, let us know) If you have a sample of you singing, please put it below.
Please be aware that we will be taking these upcoming events very professionally. You will be expected to communicate well, keep up with deadlines, and cosplay to your full ability with wigs, makeup, cosplays, and performances to high standards. *
