Photo Release Agreement
Permission to Use Photographs, Images and/or Video This Permission to Use Photographs, Images and/or Video (‘Permission’) is executed as of the date of signing (‘sign or signed or signing’) by the Registrant (‘Releasor’), and legally on behalf of the Registered Minor (‘Participant’), to Teaching For Charity (“T4C”) (the ‘Releasee’).  

I, the Releasor, being of lawful age, and legally on behalf of the Participant, in consideration of Participant being permitted to participate in the Releasee’s related activities, give my permission to the Releasee to use photographs, images and/or video of the Participant to promote the Releasee and its activities.  

The Releasor hereby fully and forever releases the Releasee its owners, founders, officers, directors, employees, organizers, members, volunteers, staffs, teachers, agents, assigns, legal representatives and successors, lessors, landlords, and all business associates, affiliates and partners from any and all claims including compensation arising from this Permission.
