By submitting this form, I am agreeing that the information provided is accurate and I would like to be invoiced for a membership to the Milbank Area Chamber of Commerce (MACC). MACC membership investment is nonrefundable, and renews on an annual basis in October.

Membership Renewal: If you start your membership in the middle of the MACC fiscal year (October 1-September 30), your first year will be for the full investment amount. The second year will be prorated to the October 1st renewal date, and then renewed annually on October 1st after that.
